Blue Collar Market Place, LLC: CHARITABLE SALES PROMOTION AND COVENTURE AGREEMENT, EXHIBIT A, Promotion Plan: The Company operates BlueCollarMarketPlace.com (the "Website"), allowing blue-collar workers and local business owners to advertise and market their businesses in narrowly-tailored zip code regions. A $99 annual advertisement (a "$99 Ad") will allow a company to market and advertise in up to seven zip code markets for a year. The charity can use its social media accounts, Website, newsletters, email communications, etc., to connect its donors, volunteers, and supporters to the Website. Using custom links and promo codes, for every purchase of a $99 ad directed through the charity during the Promotion Period, the Company will donate $50 (cash or gifts in kind of an equivalent value) to the charity. Note: Signatures are required to complete the Agreement.

Funds, directed to a department or charity, are given freely based on the advertisers' gifting selection and key leaders' input.
